Nancy is the backbone of Calculated Moves, providing strong support in business management and operational functions. A Bachelor of Technology from Kent State University in Ohio and decades of experience running the back office in dynamic organizations and CPA firms, Nancy is at the helm managing our office technology and organization. She is responsible for customer service and keeps things moving in bookkeeping administration, processing sales and use tax, and tracking information for processing the client workflow process.

Nancy is an integral part of our firm operations and serves the most important role as she is Donna’s mom!  She comes from a large family in Ohio and enjoys visiting with family, drinking coffee, and playing with her granddogs (the security forces of the firm), Dixie and Phydeaux (pronounced “Fido”).
