Chad comes alive when he is able to apply his entrepreneurial expertise to help people grow their companies and realize their goals. He actively helps business owners evaluate business start-ups, acquisitions, mergers, and sales. He comes by this experience honestly, his career spans a wide range of business models and management structures. For example, as a former owner of a franchised business, he guides business owners to determine if a franchise is the best fit for their needs. Chad has also held positions in corporate and SEC accounting, financial reporting, Sarbanes–Oxley compliance, internal controls,  and tax compliance.

When he is not hard at work applying acumen and “doing accounting,” Chad wears many other hats, improve the lives of others in his local community and global communities: Charter Member and two terms as President of the Lake Wylie Rotary Club, Assistant Governor and Treasurer, respectively for Rotary District 7750 and Rotarian of the Year in 2016.  

Chad heeds the call of the outdoors and enjoys camping, hunting, scuba diving, craft beer, and spending time on Lake Wylie with his family.
